Have we got a great Fall coming up for you! APTDC has two great events in September, and we want to share a cool volunteer opportunity too!

First up, an exclusive tour of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building's Indian Treaty Room. This tour, on September 13th, is limited to 15 registrants, so sign up asap to reserve your space! For more information and to register for the event, visit the event page here.

We know APT members are passionate about volunteering to help our community. We wanted to share that the DC Preservation League has partnered with the National Park Service for a volunteer clean-up in Glover Park on September 16th. You'll need to register at DCPL's site, but you can find more information and their link here.

Finally, it's the return of our semi-annual Trivia Night! This is a great opportunity to gather with other preservationists (and like-minded lay people) to socialize and compete for prizes. Always a fun event, find more details about this September 18th event here.

Oh...one more thing. You know Harpers Ferry is celebrating its sesquicentennial this year, right? We're planning an event for October 7th, so get ready for a West Virginia road trip! More details to come next month.
