Day 1: Principles, technologies and protocols for cleaning historic masonry have been evolving for decades and continue to evolve. In this new workshop practicing professionals and contractors systematically present and demonstrate the current state-of-the-art in methods, issues and best practices for cleaning. Day 2: is a bus tour to the Jefferson Memorial and Architect of the Capitol (AOC) properties in downtown Washington, DC.
